Apt amplo, confortável. Igual a foto. Adorei ter dois banheiros.
Tem uma obra do lado. O apt é encostado nessa obra. O barulho começa as 6:30. A garagem em si é boa, mas, a saída é difícil.

Bom eu achei o apartamento bonito, limpo e organizado. É um ambiente muito bom é aconchegante e eu recomendaria para outras pessoas assim, sem problemas.
Mas do que eu não gostei foi que no apartamento não tinha secador de cabelo e também achei o piso do banheiro um pouco escorregadio.

Localização muito boa, o Apartamento é todo equipado, decorado e bem confortável. O Condomínio tem áreas comuns bem cuidada, área verde linda, com uma ótima piscina, jacuzi e mobiliário bom. Gostei do horário de uso da piscina. Gostei do mercadinho também.
A limpeza (faxina) no apartamento pode melhorar. Tem bastante pernilongo.
