Hodak Apartment

Der Gastgeber - Bürgermeister des kleinen Ortes Sveti Jakov - ist ein äußerst hilfsbereiter Mensch. Nicht nur dass er für uns, da wir mit Rucksack auf Wanderreise unterwegs waren - die Einkäufe für Frühstück und Jause besorgt hat, sondern er hat uns auch aus der Patsche geholfen, als unsere Schifffahrt aufgrund von Bora abgesagt wurde. Das Apartment liegt im Ort, hat eine nette Terrasse, von der man aufs Meer sieht. Die Wohnung ist richtig gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man im Urlaub brauchen kann. Gleich um die Ecke ist das Lokal "Joker" welches wir auch wärmstes empfehlen können. Auch der Ortsstrand, der 15min. zu Fuß entfernt ist, bietet echte Erholung.

The address of the apartment is misleading, it is not where we wanted according to the map. The landlord was cool, the accommodation modest but sufficient. The minus is for false information about the location of the apartment.

Very welcoming and friendly, and there are just two apartments within a nice green space. The top flat has a view to the sea and there is a decent restaurant literally just outside the front door! Being just outside Nerezine you don't get all the crowds here and it's nice walking around the San Giacomo area.

The decor is a bit dated but we didn't spend much time at home so it wasn't a problem!

Arredamento datato è un po rovinato, porta doccia che si chiude a fatica, mancava comodino da un lato del letto. Mobilia davvero poco adatta a casa di mare, televisione solo in croato nessuna connessione con decoder . Pavimento in plastica rattoppato
