Nagyon szép helyen volt. Viszont nagyon sok minden rossz műszaki állapotban. Klímával lehetett futeni minden szobában, fürdőben nem volt fűtés. Egy db klima taviranyitot lehetett hasznalni az egesz házban 4 szobára. Elég kellemetlen volt fel le szaladgalni vagy a másik szobában alvo társainkhoz kopogtatni, elkérni a taviranyitot. Eleve nem is futotte fel a foldszinti a házat, a kandallo rásegítéssel sem. Teraszon hianyoltuk a fedést a jakuzzi fölé. A padló recsegett ropogott, fel volt puposodva, vagy megsullyedve. A furdőben ingadozott a vízhőfok. Pici volt a zuhanytálca. Nem volt futés a furdőben az emeleten. A szobákban a redöny akadt, rozsdásodott, a felső ablakokon nem volt àrnyékolo, reggel vilagos volt így.
