Vista fantastica,a pochissimi metri dal mare (30-40), terrazzino molto comodo, casa molto pulita e moderna.
Climatizzatori non molto efficienti, (anche a causa del caldo eccessivo del periodo giugno 2026), e soprattutto a consumo,con un limite max di 8kw/h giorno. Consiglierei al proprietario di installare 2 ventilatori portatili, sarebbe una condizione di vittoria per l'host e l'ospite, in quanto nelle serate meno calde,con finestre aperte,si potrebbe evitare di accendere i climatizzatori.

Apartamentul este amplasat într-o zonă bună, ceea ce e un avantaj, foarte aproape de plajă. Spațiul este suficient, mobilier nou, curățenie. Comunicarea cu dl Giuseppe a fost foarte bună (i-am cerut ajutor prin mesaj și a răspuns prompt, ceea ce am apreciat).
Nu aș putea spune că este ceva ce nu mi-a plăcut. Aș sugera gazdei că poate cere un preț mai mare pentru a lăsa pentru cei care vin puțină cafea, zahăr.... E o chestie de marketing, nu neapărat obligatoriu...

Della struttura ho amato la bellissima vetrata che dà direttamente sul mare , la luce meravigliosa della camera e l’ampio terrazzo.Inoltre abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulitamente e confortevole
I rumori attorno la struttura a causa di lavori ! Il passaggio tra la struttura e il mare è assolutamente non curato ma non so se è responsabilità della struttura o del comune . I vetri della cucina non permettono la privacy perché dall’appartamento di fronte si vede tutto e siamo stati costretti a tenere la persiana sigillata per tutto il soggiorno! Un po’ distante dal centro. A piedi circa mezz’ora e noi , avendo un bimbo piccolo, abbiamo sempre dovuto prendere l’auto
