Mariana was the kind of host who makes you feel instantly at home. Her property was immaculately clean, beautifully kept, and just a gentle stroll from the sea. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged: from the fresh grapes she offered from her garden to the chilled refreshments waiting in the fridge, it felt like a warm embrace after a long journey. There was space to park. Mariana’s kindness extended beyond hospitality, she took time to share local places and hidden spots worth exploring, and even gifted us a sweet little souvenir to remember our stay. Just a gentle tip for fellow sun chasers. If you're visiting during the summer months, be sure to pack a trusty mosquito repellent or a good jungle formula. The little buzzers around here are surprisingly strategic and have no qualms about sneaking in a bite or two 😉. Better to stay one step ahead and enjoy those balmy evenings bite-free!

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und sieht toll aus. Sie ist modern und sauber. Die Sandstrände von Nin sind nicht weit weg. Man braucht 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit um Nin zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt Plodine ist praktisch um die Ecke. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Selten sieht man in Ferienwohnungen eine so gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Gastgeberin Marina ist sehr freundlich und nett. Wir haben ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk von ihr bekommen.

The mother-in-law of the host was very friendly and welcomed us with cookies and fresh drinks. The apartment was well equipped and nothing was missing. It was new and very very clean. We felt home far away from home. We will highly recommend Apartements Lipic to our friends and will come back again.
