Very homely, spacious, well equipped
Having to pay extra for sheets etc. would prefer an all in price. Needed a long brush for sweeping.

The apartment was spacious with good lighting, well equipped kitchen, laundry and bar/restaurant on site, very nice personnel. No noise allowed after 10pm was just fantastic, it wasn’t full of screaming kids (and we went with our kids) or loud drunks.
The cleaning equipment in the apartment was dirty, we had to clean the dustpan and brush before we could use them. The whole place was covered in spiders and cobwebs, every corner, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned out yet this summer. Under the beds also was very dirty. I know we had 2 hours after check in to advise them of any issues but we dropped our stuff and went out so we didn’t realize until it was too late.

Staff were great and the site is well set out within woodland. Each type of accomodation is private and not overlooked
booked a property that sleeps 4 so my friend and I would have plenty space but his room was only accessible if you crawled on your hands and knees which wasn't what we were expecting.

Location was good. Food was good. It was quiet . Cabin was clean
No use of cash. Only possibly to order take away by App
The door of the cabin was broken and not usable all week. The bin area was full with bin bags stacked up. The laundrette took our money we were promised a refund but never got it. A computer outage meant we had no bread on the first weekend
No management on site. Young team doing their best but out of their depth
