Unhygienic, dirty hotel with an insect problem.

The location and views are spectacular. Room is spacious Bath was lovely Service staff (not management) were very helpful.

Overall poor cleanliness. Ants in the bed and coming through the wall, I killed maybe 100 during our stay Poor finishing touches - wobbly table, missing outside light fixture. Internet didn't work atall. After complaining about hygiene I asked for my money back and to change hotel but was refused. The management implied the weather was the issue causing the ants and not the massive gap under the skirting boards leading to the inside of the wall.

Overall our stay was nice. The location was great, just a short walk away from everything. We loved Limone sul Garda.

The property was great, beautiful location. We had a very nice view outside of our room. They served a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a parking ramp attached to the property so that was great for us.

The rooms had a more modern/sterile style. The beds were pretty firm.

Basic but satisfactory. I wasnt looking for a high standard.

I would say that the view is fantastic and everything is very close nearby. What I didnt like is that there is no lobby since that is the restaurant, and the entrance to the room is from an exit door. The room is very basic but has a small piece of garden where is enjoyable to stay. Lemone is a very small town but from there you can visit other towns around Lake Garda.

That it is very basic. I wouldnt book for a long stay when you are looking to relax in your suite. I find the offer poor but it depends on your own scale of values. What I didnt like is that there is no lobby since that is the restaurant, and the entrance to the room is from an exit door. The room is very basic but has a small piece of garden where is enjoyable to stay.

Overall a good option and well located with lake views from the bedroom

Good location - close to town but great views from the rooms. The outdoor pool was fine and quiet during our stay. Access to indoor pool and spa which looked great although we didn’t have time to use them.

The rooftop has synthetic grass but was all torn up and weathered. Shame to spoil what was otherwise a great view of the lake and mountains. The indoor poor / spa is across the road. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of. At the outdoor pool are quite near the road so can hear the traffic and most seating faces away from the lake.

the view to the lake and to the montains on the other side is amazing. The room is clean, is big and there so much storage compartments. The balcony is also very big.

There was nothing I didn't like but I need to tell you this: The bathroom door is made from opaque glass but in the middle there are some completely transparent stripes. So, everybody in the room can see what you are doing in there. Therefore, you might feel unconfortable while doing what you need to do if your relation is still not in that stage.

The location and the room were better than expected, the view of the lake was also very beautiful.

Breakfast could be better and should be improved. There was the same omlette every day, not tasty and eggs to be boiled. A lot of sweets instead.

- Staff not professional at all except Roberta and Sergio who were helpful - Rooms dirty. No towels, no soaps, no shampoo. Covers of the beds were not changed on daily basis. - Insects in the rooms and plenty of ants - No reception - I don’t know how it is a 4* Hotel. Not more than 3*. - Too much expensive for what they provide Avoid it !

The breakfast was lovely, the only down side is there was no variety each day. Staff were always attentive and lovely to deal with. Room was large and always clean, plenty for the 2 of us and the shower area was perfect. The view from the room was spectacular, ceiling to floor sliding doors with a lovely patio and garden area, very relaxed.

While the pool area is lovely the pool and the surrounding terrace itself is small, with no snack bar or place to get a drink. There was a superset across the road which catered for everything but it would have been nice to.get something there.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Limone is an absolutely stunning location and Garda Suite Hotel is the perfect place to soak everything up. The most amazing staff, hotel room and pool. Not even a 5 minute walk down to the lake front and another 5 minutes and you are surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars!

Nice hotel in a beautiful location

Excellent location with stunning views. Short walk into Limone. Nice pool, again with great views. The staff in the morning were very attentive, breakfast was tasty with a good selection.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We were a group of 3 and then we arrived the room was made up for 2. We were told an extra bed would be made however when we returned that was not the case.

There was a lack of information about how to use hot tub and it seemed to be part of the hotel across the road which had amazing spa facilities, none of which was advertised or explained.

Brilliant hotel and well worth the money

Can't fault this hotel, best 4* we've stayed in for a long time. Everything you need is included in the rooms. Make sure you go for the deluxe rooms with the balcony and lake view - stunning!
