La tranquilidad del lugar, con excelente ubicación y una vista muy bonita. Instalaciones y piscina excelentes. Las habitaciones y baños cómodos
El aseo dejaba mucho que desear, se veía mucha tierra y falta de preocupación en los detalles para tan lindo departamento. El estacionamiento quedaba lejos del edificio y no había carros disponibles, asi que muchos viajes cargando cosas pesadas

La ubicación y el condominio en si eran muy buenos, hermoso paisaje y muy buena piscina! Es muy cómodo que tenga estacionamiento también.
Si bien el departamento en si era muy lindo, estaba un poco descuidado. Lavamanos se tapaba, las sillas estaban oxidadas y un sofa manchado. Faltaban un poco de frazadas para los friolentos. La TV es antigua, no se puede conectar a netflix/etc por lo que se puede ver cable o dvd/bluray. Tampoco hay internet.
