Vila Radić - Affordable stay by the beach

the property is really nice and cute and the beach is so nearby, the balcony provides you with a good view of the beach aswell, the bathroom is quite spacious and you get a fridge, kettle, tv and air conditioning, there’s a little shop nearby and a restaurant too, it’s only a 20 min walk from trogir centre - but the accommodation is very very uphill though !! we also wanted to say thank you to Andrijana, she is one of the staff in the hotel, she was really nice when she saw us she would speak to us, she helped us with checking in and out of the room etc she really made us feel welcome !!

this isn’t necessarily to do with the property itself but there is build works right behind the accommodation and they start work early morning around 7:30/8 so you hear a lot of drilling and banging - there was also had an infant staying in a room near us so we struggled to sleep as they were crying early hours of morning and night - but that’s okay as the bed is comfy just the walls are hollow

Obwohl der Check-in um 13 Uhr sein sollte, wurde ich bei meiner Ankunft um 15 Uhr noch für 40 Minuten weggeschickt, da die Person die mich empfangen hat noch nicht das Zimmer vorbereitet hatte. Sie hatte vergessen, dass ich an dem Tag Anreise und mich nicht auf dem Schirm da sie mich fragte ob ich aus Mostar kam und anscheinend Urlauber aus Mostar erwartete und nicht mich. Sie sagte mir sie hat an dem Morgen viel zu tun gehabt, aber als ich ankam saß sie rum und war an ihrem Handy. Nachdem ich dann 3 Stunden zu spät einchecken konnte befand ich mich in einem Zimmer mitten in der privaten Wohnung der Vermieter. Ich hatte einen kleinen Flur von dem das Bad abging. Man konnte den Eingang zur Wohnung und das Bad nicht abschließen und als ich nach dem Schlüssel fragte meinte sie nur es gäbe keinen und ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen es würde schon keiner reinkommen. Das fand ich sehr unangenehm, gerade als Alleinreisende Frau. Als ich danach fragte ob ich eine Entschädigung oder Ähnliches aufgrund des verspäteten Check-ins bekam meinte sie nur „wegen der kurzen Wartezeit?“ und das sie’s nicht wüsste, ich aber booking schreiben soll. Dies tat ich und ich bekam bis heute von den Vermietern keine Reaktion. Als weitere großer Minuspunkt muss die Lautstärke angesprochen werden, das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und grenzt an einmal Bad und einmal Küche/Wohnzimmer (?) der Familie, der Balkon ist auch nur durch eine Plane getrennt und man hört wirklich jedes Wort und jede Bewegung auch wenn alles zu ist. Die Familie besteht auch vielen Personen und Kindern und war sehr laut, auch bis in die Nacht hinein. Das war sehr störend und man konnte nicht gut schlafen.
