Здесь вы словно попадаете в портал: люди, животные, облака и сама природа находятся в гармонии с реальностью. Дарят ощущение мира и базовых человеческих ценностей. Мир ниже уровня шумов. Интернета нет и это огромный плюс.

This was an amazing visit in the most fantastic location. Schloba (?) was the sort of host that you no longer find anywhere, extremely kind, good fun and very hospitable. Also a wonderful cook, and really wanted you to have what you wanted. Provided us with so much food for breakfast and dinner (portions too large for even the biggest appetite) that we took leftovers for a packed lunch. We visited in September and stayed two nights, it got chilly once the sun went down, and we were given extra blankets which was so thoughtful. I helped milk the cow the first evening, and we ate the cheese the next day - brilliant!
When we booked this, we didn't realise that you can't drive here, except in a 4 x 4. That said, the road didn't look too bad, and if your car has ok clearance, it is possibly doable; we didn't try. This means that you have a tough 2hr hike uphill 500m elevation gain and 4km. It took us 2 hours from the lake end but we are old and slow!. Also, you need to park at the Biogradska lake, and walk half way round this to the trial head up. You need to pay 5euro per person to access the park (in 2025), but parking was free. The welcome and views once you arrive make this all worth while.
