If hygienic is a must for you, stay away!

Location was good and the host was nice, free parking.

The apartment's hygienic does not fulfill the bare minimum. I have no high expectations when I stay somewhere for a week but the cleanliness is a must. I was really disappointed because of this and it's just not what we expected for this money! The curtain seemed that had never been washed and it was yellow from the dirt, same with the tablecloth. It was not even a mop in the bathroom so after every shower we were swimming in the water which only dried off for the next day. I even slipped on the wet floor a few times. The cold water pressure is extremely low and sometimes even stops for a short period this is when the water under the shower turns to burning hot. I even had to dismantle the toilet water tank to make it usable, but this is not that kind of activity which I want to spend my time on my one week holiday. We also found some cutleries which were not clean so had to wash them before we used them. However this review only applies to the apartment which we booked (Studio apartment), as I've heard from the other guests the others are in better condition. I've found a review after I had left and read a very similar experience which we had, seems like the host was not taken care of these issues. However with an easy effort this apartment could be turned much better I recommend that washing the curtains, tablecloth, clearing the spiderwebs would be a good start! I feel sorry that I had to write a bad review but I had to be honest for the sake of the other travelers!

Perfect for families

Perfect location, very close to the marina, 6 mins walk to sandy beach Nijeca, 20 mins to other beach with pebbles. 5 mins to bakery, supermarket and a bus stop. The olive garden around the house provides good shelter and enough privacy. Accommodation is airy, nice, with terrace.

Kitchen equipment is insufficient, plus we were getting rid of ants daily.

Great location. Very nice hosts! Room was nice too with a little kitchenette, so you have everything you need!

The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad when other people in the building were showering as well.

Quiet and nice but still close to the main street.

The apartment was clean and well fitted. We also had a lovely terrace where we could have our morning coffee and listen to the cicadas while the children were playing in the garden. The garden is very nice :) The sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk, but there are great restaurants very near the house.

U Medulinu smo već 4 godine i uvijek nam je prelijepo....

Objekt je na jako dobrom mjestu. Tko dolazi da odmori od automobila i svakodnevne gužve,ovo je idealna lokacija. Za 4 minute hoda ste u trgovini ili u prvom restoranu. Do plaže stižete za 10 minuta hoda. Preporuka za sve s malom djecom,nema uskih ulica niti neravnina.
