The location is phenomenal
We booked it based on the fact it said it had air conditioning and it did not. The host was very unapologetic about this blatant false advertising and even attempted to overcharge us for the tourist tax. It was a really disappointing start to our Šolta holiday. We stayed for a week in the middle of August so sleep was difficult due to the heat of the apartment. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it simply because it was so dishonest.

It is one of the best locations in Necujam. The apartment is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The landlady Lubinka is really helpful and kind, a really good host. She not speak English but with a pen and paper you can communicate all topics you need with her! We had a great time, definitaly come back!
