Enorme Infinity Beach ex Infinity Blue

The personnel was absolutely excellent in every way and they made our stay trully special. Nothing was too much of a trouble for them, they were always smiley, friendly and went above and beyond to make everyone feels welcome and special. There wasn't a single member of staff anywhere that was not awesome! They also upgraded our jacuzzi room on arrival to the best room ever - it the corner top terrace with the jacuzzi, hammock, swing chair and loungers which had the most spectacular view of the sea and the resort but it was equally private and secluded. We were so grateful and thankful for that. People always make the places where we visit and I can definitely say that this was one of the best places we stayed because the people at the hotel (Receptionists, Managers, Chefs, Waiting staff, Cleaning team to even the Maintenance guys) were absolutely awesome, beautifully hospitable and generally fantastic! I would go back just to see them all again!

The hotel was meeting its 4 star rating fully. Due to a severe storm a couple of days before we arrived, our jacuzzi's pipe was blocked but the fabulous staff managed it perfectly well with great efficiency and energy and it was sorted in no time. The hotel is in really great hands witb the fantastic people they've got.

Room was on the beach and close to everything. The pool was lovely and the staff were even nicer this year round. We cannot wait to go back again.

They didn’t mention anything about the rocks on the beach and how they can cut you. Area seemed more for the spring breaker.
