I don’t know exactly what to say about this place. It has some potential. It’s interesting...

...but we were devastated, we left after three days (out of seven). There’s something depressing, something unsettling. The village up the hill looks warm and sunny, but down there, it feels like purgatory. Gloom, dampness, cold, and those archaic furnishings - terrifying and bizarre. Maybe it’s a spot for special events? Maybe to take your new girlfriend there and give her a bit of a scare at night? But definitely not for kids or dogs. It’s slippery and dangerous everywhere. A real risk of injury or accidents is very probably. I wouldn’t go back, unless maybe to perform some horror story weekend... I.e. Someone from the group vanishes at night, we go looking for them, nobody in the village knows anything (because there’s practically no one there), we find a sliced hand or a bone... Here’s an idea for the host, right? ;)
