L'alloggio (monolocale con angolo cottura) l'ho trovato molto pulito con un bel terrazzino dove poter anche fare colazione. L'angolo cottura è sufficientemente ampio con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare o anche solo preparare la colazione. La posizione della struttura l'ho trovata molto comoda per visitare l'isola, dal momento che si trova sulla direttrice principale, ed è comunque relativamente vicina al centro di Rab città (15-20 minuti a piedi). Molto apprezzato il parcheggio interno privato. Host gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo la doccia si chiude con la tenda che personalmente trovo scomodo e antigienico. Il letto l'ho trovato un pò scomodo. Servirebbe un pò di manutenzione alla porta di ingresso e alle ante dell'armadio.
