Big space, good villa, clean swimming pool, smart tv
Road was to narrow to Go inside. I was driving my own car and it touch little bit to the side. For that i had paid 1.5 Million IDR

Quietness and the kind staff - very helpful and polite.
Could be noisy at night, from insects etc.

Location in rice paddies, 20 minute Grab ride into Ubud for $4-5 USD. The pools were very refreshing. The staff were great, Julie was very helpful as was everyone.
Felt a little isolated after a few days, restaurant only open for breakfast because it was rainy season, not a lot of guests. Also WiFi was not good, kept getting disconnected.

We took one villa front of the pool, was so good. Tge room it’s big, the bathroom is super big but it’s half open, so you can see the sky.
We rent a motorbike in Ubud for visit the rice fields and for go to the hotel but they offer rent a motorbike there.
Some stuffs are old but still good.

It's a great place to find yourself and relax.
It says there were some technical problems. This guy had no electricity. There was no hot water. But these were resolved within a few days. It shouldn't have happened, but it still happens.

Amazing hotel here that my partner and I stayed at. We had a small bungalow right next to the rice fields and it was amazing.
Free breakfast was great with a choice of Eggs, omelettes, waffles or other options with fresh fruit juice and coffee.
We did the full body massage with body scrub and bath our second day and it was amazing such a great price for almost 2 hours of massage. They had lots of other options varying in prices but all affordable for what you get.
Best part of all though was how great the staff here was. They were so helpful and kind. We had a super late check in at 2:30am and one of the boys waited up for us/ the receptionists gave us great advice and helped book our Gojek to the harbour. Amazing service and kindness thank you guys all so much!
We liked it all

Very friendly staff and always willing to help specially to staff named wei-wei, perfect swimming pool, villa is perfect for family and privacy, therapist are well experienced, scooter rental is available, value for money.
Spa bed is quiet smelly and we felt itchiness after the massage, but the therapist are good. Some parts of the hotel need to be maintained.

A clean and serene villa with exceptional hospitality. The warmth of the people makes you feel truly welcome. The tranquility of the place is simply wonderful — perfect for a relaxing escape.
Not much to complain about. If you’re someone who prefers walking to the busy Ubud Market or Palace, the distance might be a bit far. But Grab or scooter hire makes it easily manageable.

Lovely cabin about 15 minutes north of Ubud, overlooking the rice fields. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nice and simple choice of breakfast. Restaurant and motorbike rental available. Great view of rice field. Air-con good, bathroom sizeable.
Cabin smaller than expected. Weak floorboards, ready to break, had to tread carefully, and I'm not heavy! This said, we'd stay again.

I've traveled a lot and it was from far the worst bed l've ever had. I couldn't sleep well a single night, really the matras was awful. And don't mention the cleaniness, the mosquito net and sheets were full with stain... the room full with insects. Really I didn't like a single thing, just the view of rice terras on the other side... but you don't have any view from the villas 4,5,6.
It's a pitty, because when you look the photos it looks old but beautiful and on the contrary... it's even older and they should change a lot of things.
I will never come back, for the same price or a bit more you can have a lot better.

Love the view over the rice fields from my front porch, bed was comfortable and staff were lovely.
Apart from the things I didn’t like below I would absolutely stay here again.
I loved the seclusion and privacy given to me by staff.
As a solo traveller who’s just come off 18months of life throwing hurdles this place is perfect for unwinding.
Bring mosquito body spray and insect room spray - you are rice fields after all.
The pillows were all high, solid and thick. Needs to be thin pillows for different sleeping styles.
Had to walk down steps to get into the bathroom and use toilet. No hand rail for us who are a little older.
Was next to kitchen, so was woken by talking early when I really needed wanted a sleep in.
Male cats were fighting on my roof.

It had a beautiful view over the rice fields
We only been there for an hour. On the way to our bungalow there was an awful smell, pools looked dirty and there were a lot of insects. Our bungalow door wasn't all the way closed to the floor and there were a lot of cracks in the wood where insect could come through. It was also very small (no space to open your suitcase) and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there at all (we had a 3 nights stay) so we decided to leave. The person working there didn't speak English and the hotel decided to not give us our money back

This is a such a beautiful and peaceful place. I was so grateful to find this spot. I had a traditional villa to myself overlooking the fields for such a reasonable price. It was simple and wonderful. I felt really safe and comforted with everything I needed to just chill out with privacy. The drive into town and back through surrounding areas is a beautiful view into local life. I would come back here again.

The view was amazing you just can relax in front of your villa and you can see rice fields in front of you, the housekeepers are amazing the room was always clean and tidy without you are asking them to clean. The bed is cute, the breakfast was nice. Worth it!
Too far from city and very dark in the night to go to hotel cz the road light not really strong

- it was only several minutes scooter ride to Ubud Market
- quiet location, can't hear any car or motorcycle passing by the road
- beside a rice paddy
- very pleasing and accommodating staff
- in a way, the property had environment-friendly practices: no daily plastic bottled water but free refills at the reception, shampoo/liquid soap are refilled instead of new bottles, no change of sheets and towels unless requested
- weird layout of shower head
- stone shower flooring which was painful to walk on without slippers (not provided)
- very limited choices in restaurant

Ample of facilities. Tea coffee maker. A mini bar but paid. Good view to the paddy fields.
Pool area wasn't clean enough. Second pool was having a bad odour. Bathroom was clean but there were lots of ants and flying insects in that. That made the experience little creepy. No value for money.

Villa JJ and Spa is an absolute blast - the best bungalow I ever stayed in!! It’s located in between rice field, super close to the center, but also close to nature. It‘s relaxing and calm and most importantly unbelievable cozy and welcoming! You can feel the warmth and love they put in it :):) The bed, the terrace and ufff, the bathroom - literally, nobody in the world could ask for more! And beside all the above, the staff is so so lovely, helping and welcoming. I can’t even find any words, haha - maybe the fact that I decided to stay a whole month says it all! :) One more thing: you are not even missing out on amazing sunrises and sunsets if you’re staying here!!

The location and setting was beautiful. It has a real rustic vibe, which we liked a lot. The staff were excellent and looked after us well. They also had an awful lot of options for activities, tours and spa teatments. The pancakes for breakfast were amazing!
It could have been cleaner. The Villa had a lot of ants which was off putting but the sheets were a bit stained also. The cleaners also didn’t come round after our first night

it’s a super green place in a jungle , personall there very kind
rooms dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work in my room and it was to hot in a night, lot of ants on a floor , breakfast included only two peace of bread and butter with ketchup , two eggs. I would not go there again , but it’s big plus that is quite! you can’t pay with a card, they kept me at the administration for a very long time, I was late for my business
