The property is close to Zadar old town. Not walking distance but definitely ok with car. Petar and his family were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was nice and at a peaceful location. The balcony views were nice. The only hiccup we had was that the two bedrooms did not have AC. Given it was incredibly hot we (including our kids) could not sleep at all in the bedrooms. We improvised and slept in the living room /kitchen area. It did turn out to be fun for the four of us sleeping on one mattress that we pulled into the kitchen which had a good AC. So all in all it was nice visit.
No AC in the two bedrooms.

Cosy apartment. Very close to the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful Croatian sunset, a mini market and several restaurants/bars. The pool was nice too. Petar the host was always very responsive and helpful.

- nice, clean pool, big enough that you can swim in it
- 10 minutes by walking to the beach
- nice neighborhood of small houses and apartments
- balcony with nice view
- well equipped kitchen
- big comfortable bed and sofa
- clean
- welcome wine and farewell gift
- weak and slow wi-fi in the room (at the pool it was ok)
- bad smell from air conditioning
- 2 out of 4 stove burners seems to not working (or we didn't know how to use them). And overall stove was pretty strange to use but you can learn it
