Great location, close to beautiful beaches — including sandy ones — and near the popular tourist town of Alikanas. There’s also a beach with sunbeds right next to the hotel. The host is very friendly and responsive, always available to help and easy to contact. Also, very good family restaurant next to the hotel.

Everything! The apartment was just perfect for us (Family with baby 12 months). The owner was really nice and always available. We originaly booked 6 nights, but rescheduled to stay three days longer. The beach and yard are lovely and very clean. Just book and you will have a wonderful time here! :)

Ammoudi is a beautiful village with numerous good restaurants and some small shops where you can buy basic groceries. The beach is beautiful and right in front of the guest house. The water is very clean and shallow, so it's perfectly suited for families with small children. I recommend you rent a car or motorbike but there is also a bus stop right in front of the guest house. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned every day, the cleaning lady is very friendly. The furniture is very modern, clean and nice. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for basic cooking. The guest house also has a nice garden with a lush green lawn where you can relax in free lounge chairs and watch the sea. It also provides childrens' toys and there is a nice playground in the guest house's yard.

ALL of the rooms which are called studios DO NOT have sea views!!! The studio rooms' balconies face the road and NOT the sea. The marketing pictures make it look like that all of the rooms in the guest house have a sea view. This is NOT the case. On the contrary, ONLY the two deluxe rooms (deluxe loft and deluxe appartement) have sea views. The studio rooms do not have any windows at all (except from the balcony door that only faces the road / countryside). So if you want to see the ocean from the studio rooms you need to completely leave your private studio and sit in a public stairway. However, even from this public area the sea view is very limited as the deluxe appartements had been built right in front of the studios, thus blocking the sea view from there. Thus, the description "sea view" for the studios (i.e. ALL of the guest houses' rooms except the two deluxe rooms) is completely wrong, as you cannot see the ocean from the studio, neither from any window nor from the balcony, but only from a public staircase where you cannot sit comfortably and you do not have any privacy. So the tag "sea view" for the studios is highly misleading and simply wrong, as a lot of previous comments already suggested. The owner usually replies here that the guest mixed up "deluxe" and "studio" rooms. However, this is not the problem. The issue is that the studio rooms are WRONGLY labeled with a sea view tag and that the marketing pictures also misleadingly imply that you can see the ocean from EYERY room in the guest house. Whereas the whole guest house in fact only has two (deluxe) rooms with an actual sea view.
