Удобное расположение гостиницы. Красивые рекриации. Тихо и спокойно. Удобная постель. Чисто и аккуратно. Горячая и холодная вода. Завтрак включен. Вежливый персонал.
Слабое освещение в номере, душевая поломана, не было напора воды. Не удобно спускаться за питьевой водой ночью. Может на этажах поставить кулер с водой.

Расположение прям рядом с жд вокзалом. Хорошо что рядом, но плохо что шумно. В номере жарко, кондиционер есть, но пульта от него нету. Было сказано что завтрак выключен в стоимость, но по факту, с нас взяли деньги за завтрак.
Пригласили но комплексный обед, пришли, а его и нет, предложили по отдельности брать, не комплексный, а так получается очень дорого, одно первое только стоит почти в два раза дороже, чем комплексный обед. Привести в порядок электрику, время тепла, сделать кондиционер.
