La ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad, cerca del aeropuerto y bien comunicado. También está muy bien equipada. Muchas cosas útiles como lavavajillas, batidora, secadores, etc.
El mantenimiento de la casa en general. Es una casa antigua y está llena de humedades y los grifos están antiguos. Había alguno que no cerraba bien y había que apretarlo mucho para que no goteara continuamente.
