The pools.
They use to serve food at the pool bar, not anymore. They use to have a weight machine to check the luggage before you go to the Airport, not anymore. The cable TV doesn’t really work.
There’s nobody to help you with the luggage when you get to the hotel. Also no room service.

No food in the bar, no room service, no cable Tv, no Frigobar, no one to help with bags. Staff not helpful.
