the place is so beautiful located in the center of a lot of markets and restaurants. it’s very clean and the staff are so friendly, especially I would like to thank the staff name Usama who was helped me a lot and care too much about my safety and security, he is a nice person. I recommend all the guests to meet this amazing guy. he is really a hero in during of needs and emergency.

Everything was good, location is very good & the staff was cooperative, neat & clean rooms. They have a huge garden for the guest which I enjoyed the most.

Great location, very close to the airport, easy booking system, very friendly and efficient staff, great organisation to ensure we received our free complimentary shuttle transfer to the airport on the flight date. Good dinner and breakfast ordering service. Clean towels and clean ensuite bathroom.
Tv was a small size, poor brand and remote control was in poor condition with cellotape wrapped the batteries and no battery cover. Hard to press remote buttons to change tv channels or volume so became frustrated and gave up watching TV . Expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Staff was excellent cook receptionist and other guys they were all good
The property needs lots of work around the building and inside it also surprises me they charge extra for cooking your lunch
