Location, room size and cleanliness, facilities, breakfast.
A washer/dryer would be helpful. No coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room.

It was roommate, clean and comfortable for a one bed studio. I felt safe. The directions were clear. I’m terrible with locks and lock boxes, but I was able to get in.
There were no dish towels, so I wound up using a bathroom towel. It would be helpful to have a description of how to use the coffee maker. It was quiet, but when the family below had breakfast, it felt like they were in my room because they were on their patio right below me.

The location was excellent, room was just right, clean and easy to keep. Maria was quick to respond with any queries. Very happy.
We had to leave too soon.

It was clean and comfortable
It wasn’t what was in the picture when I booked the apartment. I stayed in a different place.
