The price was fair, in contrast to most other options. The environment was nice, with relative silence and a feeling of safety. All the basics were available right out of the building (including morning delivery of food). And for car owners, the area was worthy, with plenty of variety. This is for well-prepared families that don't care about luxuries and don't want everything predefined, but are willing to shape their stay in their own way, for several days, without spending a fortune.
The apartment was old (including its equipment), without elevator. The cleanliness was mediocre (including several smokers). The internet was unreliable (including some hours of downtime). However, the staff was very respectful and understanding, willing to make the most out of the situation.
