We had issues with the hot water heater both in the house and jacuzzi, but the owners made great effort to repair it, and reduced our cost while they were down. It’s a bit of a slog back up from town, okay to do once per day.

Amazing accommodation in Ravello

Great view, host was great at communicating and accommodating, and very spacious.

Final climb to get to the house was okay for our group, but I can see it be challenging for those who aren't in reasonable shape or elderly.

- one of the accommodations was not the couple bed ! was 2 single beds - we didn’t know we couldn’t to go to the house with tourist car (rented)! - the hoster was amazing, but we needed to pay him for the round trip of the bags because only his car went up in the streets of the house! our car was in the parking!

We couldn’t stay in this accommodation for the second night of our stay. It was dirty and not an acceptable standard. The jacuzzi was unusable / filthy. The owner confirmed a refund for the second night and has since refused to honour this refund. He is not responding to me, nor to Booking.com. We are very disappointed in this and we are out of pocket by a significant. Do not book here!

Lovely views. Property needs an update.

Fantastic views from property. Ravello is a lovely town. Person who took us up to the property was very pleasant and helped take our bags up to the house.

.Terrace not clean. Needed to be swept but no broom supplied for the property other than an inefficient vacuum cleaner which did not work properly. Ashtray left on outdoor table with several cigarette butts. Downstairs toilet not cleaned with excrement from a previous user. Contacted owner but received no response. No drying up cloths.. Outdoor wicker chairs damaged and uncomfortable to use. No clothes dryer to hang washing on despite washing machine provided Broken lighting a number of bulbs needed replacing. Wifi did not work. Property needs updating. Lacking love.

The view was really beautiful. The villa was big enough and comfortable for a stay.

You can see that parking is available near villa for additional fee. The cost is 20€ per day. From parking they will take you to a square, from which you should go up around 15-20 minutes. Be prepared for such a training if you have a large bag. There is no chance to come up to a villa by car.

Lovely views but very difficult to access.

The apartment is exactly the same as the pictures and the view from the apartment is spectacular.

I think one major thing to note about this property is that virtually no cars (and I mean about 3 models of car) can access this apartment and the only way to get to it is by an incredibly steep hill that lasts approximately 15 minutes. This makes it entirely unsuitable and nearly impossible for anyone with mobility issues, the elderly and people with children to access the apartment. I'm a young 25 year old and even I found it an extremely tough walk. Moreover, 4 of our friends arrived later than us and had to pay 30€ in total for a porter to bring their bags up 2 minutes up the road in a tiny car. They hired a car which they couldn't park at the property and instead at another road higher up, up a huge flight of stairs as they did not want to park at the place recommended to us which you have to either walk about 18 minutes to or get a shuttle bus and then walk another 15 minutes up the hill. As much as the views were lovely, it was certainly not easily accessible and it was quite a hassle everyday getting to the property.

Fantastic stay and lovely staff

Amazing, bright, spacious property. Carmen was such a wonderful host. We especially liked the hot tub and the views. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Ravello is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Italy and the people even more beautiful.

It’s quite a steep walk which isn’t very accessible but we didn’t mind and felt it was a small price to pay for the views. The only thing missing was a hairdryer so if you stay here remember to pack one!

FAB-U-LOUS - love Ravello and Italy and can't wait to return!

Property was spacious and clean, well equipped and comfortable with stunning views over Ravello from both balconies. Pre-arranged Shuttle Bus from/to Naples – best decision made - and both Drivers has brilliant! Amedeo met us on arrival and departure at the property and could not have been more helpful.

The walk up from Ravello is quite steep it didn’t both me, but not ideal location for elderly or those with young children but great for keep-fit fanatics! The Hot Tub is very nice and relaxing, but the description of a “shared pool” is very misleading and the “pool” turns out to be the Hot Tub. To make it clear, the description needs to refer to it as a Hot Tub and not both in the same sentence.

La salita sui monti!

Sulla casa nulla da dire, l'interno ben curata e accessoriata, pulita, comoda e con una bellissima vista.

Questo però non è servito a farci passare delle giornate rilassanti in quanto per poter raggiungere la casa ogni giorno almeno per due volte al giorno ci toccava fare quasi un km di salita ripidissima. Strada con ZTL e strettissima per cui non raggiungibile con nessun mezzo neanche a noleggio. Nella presentazione della casa al momento della prenotazione non abbiamo trovato nulla in evidenza che segnalasse ciò...si leggeva parcheggio a pagamento....il che era vero perché come tutta la costiera amalfitana il parcheggio è a pagamento ma è necessario scrivere a caratteri cubitali che per raggiungere l'abitazione c'è da percorrere quasi 1 km a piedi con salita sui monti...per fortuna non avevamo bambini piccoli o anziani altrimenti non saremmo mai riusciti a raggiungere il luogo. Abbiamo noleggiato delle moto ma che potevamo guidare fino alla piazzetta dunque non raggiungere la casa!
