Objekt je moderno opremljen...sve potrebna pomagala(fen..kuhalo..usisavač..)su prisutna u objektu...te digitalna kartica za otvaranje vratiju i te ista za paljenje struje
Previše prašine po podu..vjerovatno radi grijanja te malo nepristupačna kada u wc-u

Komunikacija s domaćinima bila je odlična, a ulazak u apartman vrlo jednostavan uz jasne upute. Lokacija je praktična, a apartman je dobar izbor za kraći boravak.
Kauč i krevet nisu bili udobni. Bilo bi dobro zamijeniti kauč jer se osjeti feder dok se sjedi, kao i madrac na krevetu, jer smo se ujutro budili ukočeni.

Wifi nepostojeći, ventilacija u wc-u vrlo glasna, kauč i krevet neudobni, daljinski za LED osvjetljenje ne radi
