Was nice clean and Modern also close to pen y fan and the four waterfalls which was the purpose of our stay. Chinese Indian kebab and premier literally 3 minute walk away. Staff were lovely. Honestly couldn’t fault it me and my 14 year old son stayed. Had fridge microwave and kettle which came in very handy. Also the beds were so comfy! Would 100% stay again :)

The room was lovely and comfortable.
I only met one member of staff as I was leaving and she was lovely.
I have difficulty walking and my room was on the top floor. It was a struggle getting up and down.
There was no handrail on the top flight of stairs.

It was very reasonably priced so I shouldn’t have expected too much for the money . The linen was clean , water hot , TV , kettle , fridge worked . They had even put out a place setting at the little table 🤷♀️. But there was no food available . Maybe there was a kitchen I didn’t see .
