L'ensoleillée Appartement Maison privé Cannes

L’alloggio si presenta come da foto, una stanza con letto alla francese e una bella finestra che da sul balconcino, angolo cottura anch’esso finestrato(con lavastoviglie) e salotto con divano letto con ampia porta finestra. Un apprezzamento per il terrazzo prima di entrare! Ottimo per aperitivi al tramonto! (angolo lavatrice sul terrazzo ottimo per stendere direttamente i vestiti sullo stendino) La posizione è ottima! A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro (raggiungibile in auto con parcheggi a pagamento e non!). Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e consiglio.

Segnalo un dettaglio utile soprattutto per chi viaggia dall'Italia: la disposizione del bagno, tipica delle case francesi. Il wc (finestrato) è in una stanzina a parte vicino all'ingresso, mentre lavabo, specchio e doccia si trovano in un'altra stanza. Essendo abituati diversamente, questa separazione, unita all'assenza del bidet, risulta un po' scomoda a livello di praticità. Immagino sia lo standard locale o una necessità strutturale, nulla di grave ma è giusto saperlo in anticipo!

Appartamento dí gradimento ben disposto. Molto buona la posizione nella prossimità del centro di Cannes. Ottimo il parcheggio all’interno della proprietà. Ottimo anche il climatizzatore. Bene tutti i servizi e la qualità prezzo

Alcune finiture da migliorare. Il divano letto un po’ scomodo

Хорошая просторная квартира, отдельная спальня с удобной кроватью, но без кондиционера. В гостинной раскладной диван, не очень удобный, но есть дополнительный матрас, с которым лучше. В целом отлично, отзывчивый хозяин, помогал по необходимости, рекомендую это место!

The toaster had not been cleaned for a long time, when turned on it started to smell like burnt crumbs. The amenities and comfort praised by other guests are probably related to the time when the apartment was freshly renovated. Similarly, after this time the host did not take much care of its maintenance. The hydraulic equipment is in a poor condition. The toilet seat was detached from the base. The sink at the wash basin can only be used with the plug removed, while the kitchen sink is leaking and the siphon is carefully supported by a bottle under which a bowl is placed. The sink mixer on the washbasin splashes water, but the shower mixer does not work at all. A curtain to the shower has shrunk and does not close the hole, the water flies to the floor. Using the toilet is not a most convenient experience when combined with the lack of a washbasin and bathroom at the other end of the apartment. Towels marked in the offer were not available according to the number of guests. After a remark, the host gave the towels, but they were straight from the store, never washed. It was not worth using them for hygienic reasons. Soap and shampoo, which are to be according to the offer, were also lacking. Only after our attention, the host gave one bottle of shampoo, commenting that he does it politely and is not obliged to provide any toiletries. The Internet is weak. TV has failed to work. Lack of any hangers at the entrance, it is very uncomfortable. The terrace roof shown in the picture does not exist. When it rains, the tiles on the terrace floor become slippery. The bathroom carpet, which serves as a doormat at the entrance, becomes slippery and water-soaked. Using it misses the goal. Despite appearances, the nearby street is noisy.
