Apartment Karla

Lovely large comfortable balcony. The host was super friendly and helpful. The best thing was he let us use the double kayak. That was just fantastic, using that two or three times during our stay, especially one evening just as the sun was going down.

Although there is a very nice bar nearby on the beach, there is no restaurant in the village. Also there is no supermarket in the village.

We received a warm and helpful welcome from the host/owner. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace with shade, for eating on. The property is in a great location, in a quiet and peaceful village, with some views of the lagoon, about a mile from the sea. It is very convenient for the main coast road north to Zadar and south to Split, and for the airport at Split. It is also within easy driving distance from some beautiful beaches, historic towns and villages, restaurants and shops. Our host and his family made us feel very welcome, showing us far more hospitality than you might expect when you rent a holiday property. We would strongly recommend a stay at Apartment Karla.

There was nothing that we didn't like at the apartment...it was a great place for a stay, and we would recommend it to family and friends. As a minor point, a pair of kitchen scissors and a tin opener would have been handy in the kitchen.
