The location is good and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, walking distance to the local town. Bar and food were very good
The hotel is noisy, dogs howling at night, motorcycle noise is constant. The rooms are run down and urgent need of renovation, bathrooms are poor and showers need to be replaced, not good for a shower after a long day

The place was clean, had good customer service and the food was good. It overlooks the waterfalls which is a plus for them. Loved the fireplace in the rooms.
The facilities need a serious upgrade, from sinks, door knobs and lamps. An upgraded lounge area inside would make the place look/feel more modern.
