Il proprietario è stato gentilissimi e molto cordiale. Questa struttura è semplice ma ha tutto. Si tratta di appartamentini che non comprendono la colazione, ma dotati di frigo e cucinino per cui è stato semplice prepararci autonomamente la colazione. Essendo vicino al centro è stato facile fare la spesa necessaria. La vista dalle camere al primo piano è spettacolare.

A jó gazda gondossága jellemzi az egész házat. Persze a gazda mellett ott a gazdasszony is! A nagyon kedves háziak ízléses, nagyon tiszta apartmanokat üzemeltetnek, 5 perc sétára a parttól. Mi most voltunk itt negyedszer….

Ein toller freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Studio hat alles, was man braucht. Incl. Meerblick. Vom Hafen aus 7 Gehminuten ein Stück bergauf. In wenigen Gehminuten zu den Tavernen und Geschäften und Supermarkt. Die Bushsltestelle nach Ägina Stadt liegt nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Location is walking distance from the beach & main market of Agia Marina beach. The room we got was sea facing, nice view from the room

1. The address is incomplete in Booking.com. The owner has no idea about this issue? We called him when we reached the address mentioned on Bookin.com confirmation. It took us another 1 hour at night to connect with owner and several phone calls to understand right location - then another 30 min to reach. Very bad experience. 2. The water in teh facility is super salty - non drinkable & not even for brushing. Atleast 1- 2 bottles of drinking water is expected when you arrive. This was normal for all other stays in Greece. 3. Toilet & bath is super small , not clean & also basin was blocked. Not aneat, clean & well maintained property as compared to all other properties we stayed at in Greece.
