Lush Garden Hotel

Breakfast was good and prepared early. The environment is nice and peaceful enough and staff were friendly and helpful.

For the price paid, the rooms could have better facilities like electric jug and coffee/tea facilities. The towels also need to be changed as most looked off-white.

And ideal place to stay location wise after our safari trip, as we were a short trip from Arusha airport. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful.

We were unable to pay with card during our stay.

The environment was okay

Their breakfast is usually late so it had been a bit inconvinient for us to be punctual

There was one receptionist and the IT guy who really helped me. I really appreciated their ability to understand Englsh and we're helpful to assist.

Cold or barely warm showers. Had to ask how to get warm water from the tank. Has to be switched on. Mist staff could not help because of not knowing English well enough No outlets or converters for 110 V. Far away from the main part of town, so hard to get in to manage business without using up half a day taking public transportation. Closest ATM that would work was at least 5 miles away. Cold at night with no heater.
