Staff was fantastic! The little things like a free ice cream for my daughter meant a lot. Coming back from McDonalds with breakfast the downstairs security ran to push the elevator button for me.
Everything was great except for longer elevator waits/rides. I'd also suggest a solar water heater for the pool for a little warmth.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel rooms were clean with the amenities we needed in the rooms themselves.
The pool was closed for maintenance which was not stated. They said we could still sit out there but the pool had no water in it and the loungers were all turned upside down giving it a derelict feel. They also offered another pool but it was indoors. All of the running machines in the gym were out of order too.
