Sehr nette Vermieter, kurzer (sehr steiler) Weg zu Mini-Strand, Radweg am Meer entlang nach Vasto wenige Radminuten unterhalb der Unterkunft.

Wir konnten im großzügigen Hof des Hauses parken. Der Wirt ist sehr nett und hat prompt auf alle Anfragen reagiert. Alles war sauber. Das Zimmer ist groß und verfügt über ausreichend Sitz- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage funktionierte, TV haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Auch im Bad gab es einige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte waren etwas einfach gehalten, aber die sanitären Anlagen selbst waren sauber und funktionierten gut. Im Flur gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank, den alle Gäste nutzen dürfen. Kostenlose Wasserflaschen standen nicht zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich gibt es einige Sitzplätze. Das italienische Frühstück war lecker: Gefüllte Cornetti, Kuchen, Kekse.
Das Bett war sehr kurz. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen hellhörig.
