Exceptionally good value accommodation for a tour of the region.
After checking in at the main restaurant / bar building I was shown to a separate house across the road and given a room on the first floor. The room may be considered a little dated in its décor but was clean, of a good size and perfectly functional. There was ample off-road parking directly outside. Back at the main building there is a decent terrace where an evening beer or meal can be taken. A very good breakfast is also served here in the mornings, the staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location is very rural being a little way outside Oberharmersbach, very tranquil and an excellent base for touring the Schwartzwald / Black Forrest region due to its central location. The price I was charged for my four-night stay was exceptionally good value.
Nothing that I didn’t like, but bear in mind the restaurant / bar seems not to be open every evening - it is worth checking what may be available in advance of your stay.

Pleasant stay in the valley
Great location. 4 Kms from city facilities yet close to nature. Nice hiking trails from the guest house. Everything required was available in the rooms.
Pillows could be better. Only soft pillows were provided. Bathroom is a little crammed.

The brochures where all in German. We would have liked some coffee and kettle in our room.

Perfect house in a perfect location (for our needs). Everything was great.
Two bathroom! With a wife, two daughters and a dandy son, this was bonus! Everything was in a perfect condition. All the electric instruments in the kitchen looked like new, also the dishes and the silverware. Wifi was OK. The place and the surroundings were amazingly beautiful.
