    Confirm your booking only by talking to hotel manager and ask about what facilities they are providing you and what is charged for that. Staff was amazing but one more time i have tried to Agoda customer care and once again i failed again because i have already paid for booking which is showing me in picture that there are AC but hotel manager refused that you have booked a room Standard Double which is not AC but agoda picture showing me AC it was also dicy for me because wheather was too hot there so once again i have managed in non AC room because i have paid for it and Agoda don't have customer care like things.

    I stayed at Sonu Guest House with my family during our Rishikesh trip, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The property is located in a very narrow lane, making access inconvenient, and the surrounding area was not pleasant. There was virtually no room service and hardly any staff available to assist guests. Even for drinking water, we were asked to arrange it ourselves instead of being provided basic hospitality. The rooms were decent from the inside, but good rooms alone cannot make up for the lack of service, poor location, and absence of any view or guest support. Considering the facilities and overall experience, I did not find the price justified. I would not recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
