Etwas kompliziert mit den 6 Schlüsseln. Das Heisswasser unter Dusche war nur warm.

I liked the location which was quite close to the ski lifts and downtown.

- The amenities in the apartment did not match the description on booking. - Upon arrival the owner/manager is not there, you receive no information on how to check in, no code to the key box, nothing. So you have to start writing on the app, or calling them, and basically beg for it. I have not experienced that before anywhere else with reservations on booking. - Very poor customer service. When I raised issues with the owner through the booking app they replied:”we’re not there at the moment and won’t be there tomorrow, we don’t have a reception at the location, you did not complain yesterday”. Well yesterday it was working… So half through the stay amenities did not work and they did nothing to resolve it. They still charge you all the same for every day. In fact, they do it well in advance, so later it seems like they don’t care, you already paid, so what will you do? After all, you can’t even talk to them face to face because they are not there… Next time I am booking a room at one of the hotels. Seemed like the price was about the same and some meals would be included, plus they do have a reception 24h.
