スタッフの方々皆親切 雨の中傘を持って駐車場まで迎えにきてくれたり 鵜飼の説明等丁寧に教えてくれて感動 蔵の湯とてもいい 朝食バイキングでは 季節の野菜を使った手作り惣菜がたくさんあり、 デザート系も充実していて満足
内装は綺麗に改装されてるが 古い建物のため廊下を歩く人の物音が気になるし 部屋のキーが古くて 防犯上心配

西村さんガイドさんがとてもよかった。ウェルカムドリンクもとてもいい。夕食も朝食も満足でした。 温泉もとてもよくリフレッシュできました。
安価だったのでしょうがないが部屋は長良川が良かったです。部屋の洗面所の水道が飛び散って良くない。 朝食のおにぎりの担当の方が態度が悪いがっかりです。他の方はとても丁寧で雰囲気も良く良かった。一人の方のせいで ちょっと残念です。

お風呂、お部屋ともとても良かった
伊藤園ホテルが改善している事が素晴らしいのですが、それは、バイキング料理を温かく食べられる工夫がなされていることです どんなごちそうも冷たいと美味しさが半減します これ一点ですね

お風呂がよかった。
朝食のアユ雑炊が数年前より美味くなくなった。 部屋の設備が古く、掃除もあまり行き届いていない。
