House Matterhorn Unit 2

Loved our stay in jyndi. 10 min drive to the supermarket. Nice views of the lake. 30 mins to perisher. 45 to thredbo. Apartment had everything you need. Good range hood. Newly renovated. Nice warm blankets. Heating comes on at night and in the morning controlled centrally. Great smart TV and internet.

Noise from apartment next door through the connecting door in the kitchen can be loud at times. Guess it goes both ways though.

Location, facilities, modern and clean.

No hairdryer ( for the wife)

The place was neat and clean. Nice views.

Hearing is central and get 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the night. No heated blanket either. Not very convenient. Not a place to holiday. Suitable to just come and have quick dinner and sleep.

Good kitchen, Bathrooms

We stayed at this property with a group of five guests, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations—especially considering the high price we paid, comparable to a 4 or 5-star hotel. There was a significant lack of basic supplies. We were provided with very few paper towels and were asked to purchase more ourselves. They did not provide any tissues and kitchen paper towels, which we found quite unreasonable given the cost of the accommodation. Our stay was for four days, and it was essential for each guest to have access to fresh towels. However, even after requesting additional towels, the property owner only provided two. This made it difficult for everyone to maintain proper hygiene and comfort. Overall, the service and amenities fell short of what one would expect at this price point. Basic facilities should be better managed, and guest needs should be taken more seriously. Based on this experience, I would not consider staying here again or recommend it to friends.
