The property is well maintained. The location is great right next to the ocean. The maids come every day to take out the garbage and replace toilet paper what is a very convenient service. The apartments were very clean and the area is very quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. We did not use the sofa bed, but it also felt great to sleep on. There were TVs in every room air-conditioning was also in every room.

There is very little cookware and other kitchen utensils, but there are so many good food, places, and delivery options around that this did not really matter to us. It was good enough for breakfast. There are a lot of small grocery stores around but the big one is about 10 minute walk away.

Beautiful garden and pool. Lovely, spacious and clean apartment. The beach is less than a minute from the apartment. The staff was so lovely and polite.

Only thing was we would have liked one more wine glass and perhaps a tab or two for the dishwasher as we had to buy our own tabs to use dishwasher.

1. Location was great, right next to the beach 2. The apartment had a great view to the sea and the nessebar golf, had two balconies. 3. Pool area was nice and clean with many plants. 4. The restaurant was close and with a beautifull view to the sea, food was good, serving was decent. 5. The beach area was also pleasant with its own restaurant. 6. The stuff updated the kitchen accesories after complaining about them using google translate :)

1. Stuff does not speak english or german at all. Communication was though. 2. Even if we booked with free parking there was no guaranteed parking spot, the first time we left the parking it was occupied immediately and needed to search for other parking spots in the area afterwards. 3. Cleaning was bad. The room was not cleaned properly initially. After complaining several times it was not cleaned properly either. The cleaning stuff did not do anything on its own, we needed to show them where and what to do. 4. Shower cabin had a missing door and water was not flowing down. They were not able to fix it in 10 days. 5. For the price payed services were at a very low level
