Large room with great facilities in the centre of the city
Access to reception from on street parking only. It would have been nice to know to leave our luggage in the car until we had access to our park under the hotel. Parking very tight

Nice location z big room and comfortable bed
We arrived about 11pm. Followedbthe process of using the intercom to try and connect with someone to open the door. After waiting for approx 10 minutes out on the street, had to call them on the phone. They then answered the intercom and let us in.
Didn't feel safe standing out in the street with my bag for so long.
Also I feel there should be a sign to point guests to take the elevator to access the hotel.

Clean, tidy, aircon
Parking wasn’t available very upset with that, had to park around the block and walk all our bags to the room. Biggest downfall I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time
