The location is in the country side so it is quiet, but it is close enough to Termoli to drive back and forth. The owners are very friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty and the room was in perfect shape and clean. Can’t beat the quality of the place versus the price.
The navigator took us to the neighbour. The correct place has a sign on a tree with the name La Casa en Campagna. You take the entrance to the left up to the gate.

The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable. The house dog and cats were delightful.
The breakfast was not as described in the reviews. The pastry was store-bought packaged, not home-made. The owners could dress up the outside sitting area - make the patio area more inviting.
