Sin duda la vista es lo que vale la pena. Su ubicación entre el centro y circuito chico es estratégica.
El lugar cumple con lo básico. Es chico, pero funciona para una o dos personas si te acomodas. Las instalaciones funcionan, pero si buscas más comodidad quizás te parezca poco. La vista es linda, pero subir por las escaleras con el equipaje se dificulta.

Ubicación y vista
El colchón y sofa del living hay que cambiarlo esta completamente hundido y viejo tiene mal aspecto se duerme mal, la cocina y baño son muy pequeños e incómodos, el baño tiene olor a humedad o moho y la cortina de plástico huele mal, hay mucho ruido y al cerrar la puerta se escucha todo igual de la avenida, no es un departamento para 3 personas a lo sumo para dos.
