Good localisation, amazing view. We loved the terrace. Comfortable bed. The owner was super helpful!

Some ants in the kitchen and the living room was a bit too dark.

Excellent house for a vacation in Madeira with a great view of the ocean. Outdoor/grill area is awesome to relax after a day of hiking and driving around the crazy roads. One thing to note is that this location is on the cool/forest side of the island, not the hot/tropical side - helps with the heat, but doesn't have as much of the tropical vibe.

Most popular spots are quite far away. As the island is quite small, it's not a big issue. Might even help with adapting to the steep roads.

I liked the terrace and the view, the location is really nice if you have a car, beds are comfortable, the owner is very helpful it was not a problem that we had to change dates. The kitchen outside is more than perfect, you have woods for a barbecue. There is a washing machine, the kitchen is well equiped. It is a small village, you are like alone in the world. And the stars. Amazing.

But, everything smells on moist. Even the beds, when you open the drawers, for the dishes,this smell prevails. The kitchen definitely needs more light, since there is no windows. It is too dark, when you cook inside or wash dishes. And the garage is very hard to enter.. Too bad for the moist, because it is a wonderful little house. Too expensive compare to our stay in Canico.
