Vacation at Orebic

Each room had its own AC and bathroom. We had our private terrace. Also, we had access to the barbeque. And the interior was really nice.

Basic stuff was missing like salt, pepper etc., less kitchen utensils that we needed, no hand towels in bathrooms.

Nice accomodation, excessive chemical usage

The property was organized and clean. It is not too far from the beach. The property owners were nice and helpful.

The bed sheets was washed with excessive amounts of detergent. So much that it irritated my partners’ skin and we had to ask them to replace the sheets with double rinsed sheets that does not contain that much chemicals. I also reported a broken kitchen cabinet door. It was not fixed properly after we left the unit for them to take care of it. Once returned it appeared to be fixed fist but it fell on my partners foot nearly breaking a toe and ruining our vacation. Her toe was bruised. They use excessive amounts of room refresher scents. We had probably 3-4 strong ones in a such a small room. The management has to educate themself on usage for cleaning agents and chemicals in general.

I can confidently say that it was one of the best vacation stays of my life. The hospitality of the hosts exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were in a family home. The beautiful surroundings helped us have a fantastic holiday. It's hard to put into words the atmosphere that accompanied us during our stay at Villa Mirela, so I suggest experiencing it for yourself. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The hosts take care of every detail every day. Thank you very much!

Newly equipped apartment which was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Host was very nice and polite and she gave us “where to eat” and “what to see” advices. As a welcome gift we even received a bottle of wine which is very appreciated. Location is also ok - walking distance to beach but above main street. Would definitely recommend

perfect place for holidays

Tidy and very clean apartment. Perfect for families with kids. Very calm area, aprox 5 min walking to the beach. Hosts were extremely friendly and nice. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen with all necessary equipment. Beautiful terrace and garden (everywhere around growing oranges, mandarines and kiwi). Great place for holidays.

The stay was excellent. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories. The guesthouse is located about 5 minutes from the beach. Mediha, Josip and Emma were very helpful, their tips helped us visit all the interesting corners of the peninsula. Josip makes delicious wine!

Uncomfortable and creaking beds - nice balcony.

The balcony was large and with shadow. Large apartment.

We booked the 45 m2 apartment. The pictures shows 2 balconies, but that's not true - the pictures of the balcony without ceiling are from another apartment. The beds were really old, uncomfortable and creaking. The same goes for the bed in the apartment above, by the way, Fortunately they didn't go on all night :-o.

Superb

We had the two bedroom apartment downstairs. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful big terrace surrounded by fruit trees. The family running the house is very welcoming. Sand / pebble beach is just 5 min walk away.

A bit of a walk (15 min) to the more central part of Orebic but it’s a nice stroll so not really an issue

Upon arrival at the apartment, no one greeted us. We only received a message informing which unit to accommodate. After 2 days of stay we were asked to move to another unit, for other guests, which did not suit us. On departure, the host asked us for an additional 8 € for the sojourn tax, although our stay was never registered.

Very comfortable and roomy, spotless clean. Spacious and safe parking, nice and quiet location, very nice garden. Good internet connection, which by the way is must have for families with kids so that parents can take some rest :) . We booked for one night but stayed 15 days :)

Pictures on booking.com are totally not illustrative to the real state of a hotel. Rooms are much smaller, worse equipped and much older than look on the pictures. The location is quite poor too.

La struttura era molto accogliente. C’è stato un problema di riservazione e la camera riservata non era in realtà disponibile, quindi ci hanno molto gentilmente dato un appartamento più grande e più bello per lo stesso prezzo per le prime 2 notti (su 3). In seguito purtroppo ci sono stati altri problemi e non c’erano più camere disponibili quindi ci hanno mandato in un’altra struttura vicina che era ok (meno bella della loro).

La comunicazione durante il soggiorno è stata un po’ complicata, soprattutto quando abbiamo dovuto cambiare struttura. Sono abbastanza convinta si tratti di un caso eccezionale

Appartement bien placé, calme et très propre.

L'attention sans défaut portée aux clients: accueil ( un jeune homme est venu nous guider et a porté nos valises), sourire, conseils. L'appartement bien agencé et récent, parfait pour 2. Le très grand lit. La propreté, tout est très propre. L'accès au front de mer en 15 mns à pied. Le calme.

Le matelas est très très ferme. Le balcon communique avec l'appartement voisin donc c'est compliqué de dormir baie vitrée ouverte quand il fait chaud. Et ce n'est pas indiqué dans la présentation.

Minha experiência de hospedagem foi simplesmente maravilhosa! O quarto estava impecável — muito bem equipado, com tudo o que eu precisava para uma estadia confortável e tranquila. Cada detalhe foi pensado com carinho, desde a cama super aconchegante até os itens de conveniência disponíveis. A limpeza merece um destaque à parte: tudo estava extremamente limpo, cheiroso e organizado, o que me fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. E não posso deixar de mencionar a recepção calorosa da Mirela. Ela foi incrível do início ao fim — super atenciosa, prestativa e com uma simpatia contagiante. Sua acolhida fez toda a diferença na minha experiência! Sem dúvidas, uma estadia para lembrar e recomendar. Espero voltar em breve!
