Easy access to metro station. Owner is very helpful .

Initial key collection instructions were confused . However it was sorted with great difficulty.

Small but cosy and accommodate a family of 4, including 2 kids easily. Very close to the Marie de Montrouge metro. Bus station very near. Many many varieties of food in the vicinity and also carrefour is just seconds away. Very well located and easily connects gard du nord, tour eiffel, Disneyland Paris and many others.

Bed is not so comfortable to sleep, no air conditioning. However, the fan is provided but makes some inhabitual noise at some points and needs to be switched off.

The apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood. Within a 5-minute-walk, there is a bakery and a supermarket where we can buy delicious budget, cheese, hams and milk for breakfast. The kitchen is also well equipted. You can assemble your breakfast like the locals. The washing machine also makes our journey very pleasant.

Nothing worth mentioning.

There was just enough room for 4 people to stay and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. All basic facilities present. Close to metro and nice neighborhood with choice in restaurants.

The bed bunk was a little outdated.

Location location location. We enjoyed its convenient location to major tourist sites. Also, the unit comes with a tiny washer that is surely a bonus to travelers.

It began with luke warm water at shower, not warm enough for a normal shower. For the second person it only came with cold water in shower! The issue was reported by previous travelers but unfortunately it is still not rectified, which significantly impact the overall experience though the shower is equipped with nice rainfall shower heads. The hairdryer, though not powerful at all, got overheated in less than 5 minutes, way before you hair was dry. We had to let it cool down for 20-30 mins before we could use it again. No body wash, no shampoo, no coffee machine. (The owner's assistant bought a body wash and instant coffee bags to us afterwards.) The kitchen is full of used, pretty old tableware of all sorts of colors, and full of used spices that you don't wanna use. The majority of furniture is from IKEA, and is from lower end IKEA collections, and thus the comfort is of meh category, far from a lot of hosts out there. The host was an Olympic player but after you book the unit he would tell you someone else will be in charge of your stay. And when something not good happens, the smiling nice polite assistant says "I'll let the owner know......" List the assistant's name on the listing should be fair. Last but not least, after booking on Booking.com, the owner sent you another external link for paying an amount of security deposit. This might be allowed by Booking.com, but this is indeed my surprise after having more than 30 stays from Booking.com. Requesting me to use an external link to pay extra deposit adds a sense of insecurity about this place. Overall, I could tell the owner that this place ad an investment property and pay less attention to travelers experience. After all, it takes a owner/lanlord some money to maintain his property well, and some owners are just unwilling to do it.

Every thing was good, they are very helpful. Mr Vincent solved the problem of hot water deficiency at 1 am as soon as he knew the problem. He was keen to ensure our comfortable stay. Thank you , i will stay there again.

Good location near metro station. Very good communication with hosts.

Quite small for family of 4 people for longer stay. Room windows are at street level so it's impossible to sleep with open windows.
