Easy access to metro station. Owner is very helpful .
Initial key collection instructions were confused . However it was sorted with great difficulty.

Als Startpunkt für ein Paar um Paris zu erkunden gut geeignet. Das Badezimmer ist schön. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großer Vorteil.

Small but cosy and accommodate a family of 4, including 2 kids easily. Very close to the Marie de Montrouge metro. Bus station very near. Many many varieties of food in the vicinity and also carrefour is just seconds away. Very well located and easily connects gard du nord, tour eiffel, Disneyland Paris and many others.
Bed is not so comfortable to sleep, no air conditioning. However, the fan is provided but makes some inhabitual noise at some points and needs to be switched off.
