Elia Bettolo Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Although the breakfast offered fewer options than larger hotels, it included a good variety, and everything we tried was very tasty. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel also surprised us with a beautiful gift when we checked out, which was a very nice gesture.

There were a few small details that could be improved, but nothing major. For example, there wasn't a proper hook to hang towels in the bathroom. There was one, but it was broken. The wardrobes also didn't have any handles or hooks where we could hang towels or other small items. Another minor issue was the air conditioning, which was positioned directly opposite the bed. During the day this wasn't a problem, but at night it blew cold air straight at us. Our only options were to turn it off completely or leave it running and feel the cold air directly upon us. Parking is also an issue in that area.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The shower was excellent and the bed was large and comfy. Excellent breakfast in a very nice room, reminiscent of a trendy coffee shop. The staff were amazing, so helpful, friendly and interested. A big shout out to Manolis!

Hmm, only that the sink took ages to drain.

The coffee machine in the room not working and wrong capsules given after it was changed we were told that you need to pat 1 euro if you wanted capsules
