Perfect escape and calm retreat with all facilities and beautiful environment

Breakfast was very good, location private and nice but if you are expecting discos, people, shops or a very nice beach don't go there, it is mostly made of black rocks and black sand, keep in mind. Hearing the waves during night from the bedroom and not a single noise apart of that and the birds and geckos around was awesome!

Nothing, the only bad thing was that I had too leave too soon! :(

Exceptional

I got very ill unexpectedly and had to extend our stay from one night to five. I was so surprised, the beautiful staff came to my room with ginger tea and painkillers to help me. The internet connection in the area was cut the night before I had to return to work and the staff came past with a WIFI dongle so I could work the next day. The service really was amazing. I can't thank the staff enough.

It was nice, i will be back there with my family again.

The ambience is nice, not crowded and the staff very helpful. The facility is fine. The pool is nice but it will be better if there is enough light surround the pool and in the poll. The variety of the menu need to add some more choices.

The bathroom outside the house made us to go outside in the night is very uncomfortable. Since it has outdoor facilities, insect control need to be paid special attention.

Remote and quiet, basic accommodation

Lovely staff. Very convenient that they serve meals all day. Driver and laundry service available.

Terribly remote. Nothing around hotel. We didn’t leave for 8 days. Villas are worn and furniture basic. Housekeeping poor. Poor surroundings were unwashed the whole time we were there so very dirty. Deck chairs covered in mould and bird/lizard poo. Garden covered in dog poo.

The personnel was really friendly and helpful.

Although the pictures looked pretty good, reality turned out to be way different. Since we only stayed in the budget room (which is basically a garden house), I can only judge this. I would definitely not return. Also, I cannot understand, why it has such a good rating.

Breakfast and dinner was good. The main premises is very nice, can make a nice walk at the beach with the locals. Dinner was served at our (budget) room

Our welcome drink was rushed cause we had to walk along with the manager to our rooms. As described our rooms were 50 meters from the main building but we didn't expect it was out of the gated premises. It was described as budget but it was extremely budget. Price/ quality didn't match our expectation. Surroundings where nice at some points (beach and volcano on the background)and not at other points (construction side next door) breakfasted tasted great but was a bit limited.

Ruhig, suppernettes Personal. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Alle zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Koch ist ein Meister seines Fachs! Der Platz reicht hier nicht, um alle Eindrücke auf zu zählen! Der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Anwesen. Der Pool immer sauber und hat 24 Stunden offen. "Zimmer" war kein Zimmer, es war eine Villa mit riesen Wozi mit TV, Schlafzimmer mit TV, Bad, offene Küche, Gästetoilette, großer Veranda mit Couch und Tisch. Essen kann man im Wozi, Terrasse oder im Außenbereich.
