I had a truly wonderful stay at Afiki Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were not only very nice but also extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern touches. The beachfront location adds a special magic, offering breathtaking views and a serene environment to relax in. The food was delicious, with a variety that catered to different tastes, and the service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What stood out most was the staff’s dedication—they anticipated needs before I even asked and treated every guest with kindness and respect. Their professionalism and warmth truly elevated the experience, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Afiki Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, authentic, and relaxing getaway. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for.

pricey for the room, but lovely beach and pool make up the price. rooms are not very special. breakfast is delicious also all the rest of the food

Afiki is a real gem of a hotel located right on the beach at the edge of a little Ghanaian fishing village. There has been a clear intention to produce a property and holiday experience that sits with and compliments the local environment rather than shuts it out or replaces it. The pool area and pool were well maintained, the locals were very friendly. The staff were very helpful - serving at the beachfront restaurant and bar and organising transport and giving advice on attractions (a special mention for Kingsford who helped organise our cabs). If you are looking for a peaceful stay in an absolutely beautiful spot, and you prefer the authentic boutique Ghana experience to the standard same as anywhere hotel, I highly recommend Afiki. Go for a seaview room with balcony if they have availability.
