How expensive everything was - but this was the location and no fault of the hotel

The location is perfect only 10-15 minutes to Dalaman airport - Its perfect to have a nice stop over before you carry on with a 2 - 3 journey if you’re heading to Marmaris / Icmeler / Fethiye etc. I like the fact that it’s high-quality - friendly staff - right in the middle of the town. I always travel independently, flights and hotels separate, if my flight lands at 11 pm why am I going to spend £300 on a room when I can get a beautiful room for £30 just to get some rest before we carry on with the holiday.

NA- stayed approximately 10 times and never once had a problem

Very convenient for the restaurants and shops.

I love sarigerme and location is right in middle of village

We arrived at midnight. First room didn’t have enough beds. Second room a/c wasn’t working. Third room we accepted but was not room we booked and door frames were for 5ft person at most. Balcony was a concrete box no view out except up. 2 floors up and lift not working. Asked one day for clean cups for coffee and she said she didn’t have any so washed with shampoo. The smell coming out drains in bathroom was foul. If wasn’t for location I would have moved. Such shame as looks lovely from outside. Receptionist was very helpful but there was still language barrier which didn’t help. I’ve been going to village for 14 years and people are so nice. It’s the only thing that kept me here to be honest. I’m not a snob or fussy im used to smaller hotels etc. a few good tweaks and this hotel would be great
